1. Do wheel rotation without doing balancing.
2. After servicing completed, mechanic missed out 3 screws never put back. I believe that's my spark plug grounding screws if I'm not wrong.
3. Do wheel rotation blindly without noticing a screw on my tyre until I highlight to him.
4. After removing screw from tyre only check pressure for 1 tyre instead of all 4.
Brought my own spark plug, engine oil and oil filter to change, being charge $110. $80 (labour) $20 (tyre rotation) $10 (tyre patch)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to them for aircon issues and paid $50 to do initialisation of programme and topping up gas. Thought that the issues were rectified but the problem persisted the very next morning. Went to another workshop and discovered that the cooling coil was down. Service could have been more thorough for certain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engine Signal Indicator came on while driving. Sought the services of the Technician after work (past 6.30pm). He gave the vehicle a check and patiently explained possible issues. After checking the brake pads are still working well, he topped the brake fluids. On his suggestion, decided to take the Catalytic System Cleaner to help maintain the engine. This was the only item the workshop charges me for many other services rendered. The staff are very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faced a crisis wrt to a shattered windshield. While they weren't able to help directly, the person I had spoken to on the phone gave me an extremely detailed breakdown of what to do - despite no financial incentive to do so on their part! It ended up saving us a lot of money. I really appreciate this and strongly believe they'd go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not so honest. You would get another price they told you. How they do? They promised you a price for good brand tyre, and will tell you the price is for a common brand when you get there next day. And the balancing of new tyres will be charged even you were told no extra charge for it.
