Good workmanship. No worries when getting them to fix or replace engine oil. All prices listed, no hidden costs. Before work start, price is also discussed. So no dark prices here.

Jobs are done honestly, no hanky panky. Friendly mechanic and staff. However, expensive parking. Motorcycle parking is charged 35 cents per half hour. I left my bike there the whole day, was charged $5.25 upon exit. My most expensive parking. I rated 3 stars due to the expensive parking. Otherwise, thumb up to the shop, mechanic and staff. (part 1/3) hesitated on writing this review because i hate the internet. so here's my nightmare story at E-Motoring. about 1.5 years ago, i saw a carousell post by E-Motoring on Carousell, selling a motorbike at a good price. I made my trip there, to be serviced by Javier. Well, my purchase turned out to not be the motorbike I intended to. Here's a chronicle of episodes, from my anecdote: 1. the price i paid for, was significantly higher than market rate (my fault for not doing enough research) 2. 2a) i paid about $10,000 for the bike and paid $3000 down-payment and the rest by loan. Javier told me interest rate was 5%, i was flabbergasted but complied anyway. upon receiving the invoice, the interest rate was 14%. what's going on? then he said "oh bro, 5% is for brand new bike, your bike is second-hand so its 7% interest. and you intend to pay over 24 months (2 years) so 2 years is 14%." i'm pretty sure that's not how it works... "bro the interest is compounded" i didn't go to school and study just to learn that this is the meaning of compounded?? 2b) the invoice also shared $500 processing fee, what is that even? for him to "file documents" it will cost me $500? on top of that, there was an exorbitant rate for insurance, i wasn't given the option to purchase my own insurance. i am aware that bike workshops earn money from sale of insurance too. so my effective bill came up to quite a lot.

I don't even want to give a star..cause if not I can't leave a review... I make a call to make appointment to them about repairing my headlight wire problem ..they ask me to go down...when I go all the way down,the 2 mechanics were very bad attitude..I walk in n they don't even look at me..when I told them I'm here to repair my headlight,they just say is sat..no time..!!n there is only 1 bike in the shop.. Then why in the 1st place they ask me to go down all the way???? If this is the way u provide service. I pity the boss..I hope if anyone hv repair for ur bike,I dun think this is the place u would like to send ur bike..under the mechanics that has this working attitude..

Last month happen to pass by Yishun industrial , just want to check how is motor bike price , really wonderful experience from E motoring shop , staff Encore explain to me about motors all and he given me good offer price better than other shops and good. Great shop to deal with. Can look for Ah Yang, a knowledgeable, friendly and sincere mechanic cum salesperson. Bought my bike from them less than 3 weeks and a driver knock down my bike. I didn't know what to do as it was my first incident so I called Ah Yang and the team actually helped to do claim from the driver. It was a pleasant, smooth experience and hassle free. Definitely would visit you guys again. Thank you.

Bought my NC750XA from them 2years ago, the bosses were approachable shares their knowledge, I really recommend many motorist to come here, the mechanic Mr Yang is very knowledgeable, approachable and teaches us as well, which many bike shops fail to do and as well want to rip off our money. But the boss and mechanic Mr yang, have always assisted, and aren't like those bike shops. I have changed my brake pads, engine oil service in the past. Today I made an appointment to open up my chain covers to clean the grease off, learnt from yang. He takes care of your bike as his. Highly recommend the bikers to this shop, look for Mr.Yang. ?????
