My kid is currently in the K2 class. I am disheartened and highly disappointed that my kid does not even know her spelling. She does not know how to read and write as well at this age. We tried speaking to the principal about it, but she brushed us off. All she told us was that my kid forgot what was taught and asked us to re-teach everything at home by ourselves. This is a pre-school that does not care for the well-being of our children. The principal (who is also the owner of the school), Adeline Lim has a hack care attitude who is unreliable and unresponsive. We are totally disappointed and disgusted by her actions. Moreover, some of the teachers also seems new, inexperienced and unqualified who does not know anything. One of the teachers told me to ask the other teacher instead. When we asked the other teacher, this teacher told us to ask another one instead. These teachers are always pushing away their responsibility to one another. I have enough of them! This school is one that is not to be trusted. A really unprofessional and disgraceful school that does not even appear like a preschool. It is a total waste of our time and money here. We felt cheated and ripped off with such expensive school fees, and with extremely poor performance. Incompetent principal (owner) and management, and incompetent teachers. With our awful experience, Glitter Rainbow Skool is NOT recommended to anyone and to be avoided.

Hi K Wong, Thank you for your feedback. As for now, I do not have any parents with the name "K Wong". If your child is in K2, I am sure we have spoken to each other before. If we have not, I am more than happy to assist your child's progression in Language and Literacy as I believe that parents and educators plays an essential role in the children's learning development. As for the spelling, usually I will do reinforcement before we start as I understand from the children that they did not learn their spelling at home. Some parents were very honest with me saying that they were busy and were unable to practise their spelling at home. Therefore, I took the initiative to go through the spelling list with my K2s. This is also to prepare them for their primary school. My K2 parents will usually speak to me in regards to the curriculum. If you have any issues with your child's development/progression, please do not hesitate to call the centre. Speaking of competency, I have been in this industry since 2010 and is currently upgrading myself in mentoring other teachers. I have been working with The Glitter Rainbow Skool for more than 5 years and have build good rapport with the teachers and management, as well as parents. Ms Adeline is one of the best principal I have been working with. I have met principals who are nasty. I am grateful to have her as our principal. I am not saying this coz she is my colleague. I am saying this as I do not agree on the things that you've mentioned about her. I have worked with her closely and she is not what you are describing. She has been helping the school and teachers to progress through. Again, if you have any issues, do approach us. We will try to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

Saw a Facebook complaint about this school - but I’ve never sent my kid to this school before. Seems like a horrible school from the Facebook complaint. Do your research before leaving your kid with this school. The PD even issued a memo to certify that the toddler had superficial scratches over the toddler’s body (and even including his private area!). As a mummy, I feel compelled to write this review so that other mummies can do a research before deciding which school is suitable for their child.
