We went ahead with E&S after comparing several IDs, as Joyce was prompt, responsive and incorporated my needs/wants into her design. Elton, the project manager was looking after the entire renovation process. I have to say Elton is very professional in this field, providing me with the options that suits best in terms of budget and what I desired. Both Elton and Joyce are patient, not pushy at all and detailed in their work. Renovation was timely handed over as promised, despite the challenging manpower restriction at that time. Follow up and touch up work were done as promised. I recommend E&S team; Elton and Joyce, if you are looking for a reliable ID.

He was also super understanding and helpful throughout the whole consultation and decision making process, and allowed us to take our time to decide various aspects of our ID. He also took the time to explain to us the different countertop materials available and showed us many samples. He addressed all our queries and any changes in our design intentions patiently and promptly. Unfortunately we decided to go with another ID, but Roy was definitely the next on the list! It's a pity that we were unable to go with him. A very pleasant experience and nothing to dislike! All the best!

He is prompt and we have gotten the initial 2D layout and quotations within 2 weeks from our meeting. Unfortunately, as we have decided to find our own subcontractors for most of our renovation works to save costs, we are unable to engage Roy. But in terms of customer service experience, I would give 5 stars for his professionalism ?
