Very bad experience, ask to sign package, after that break promises, got to call them for servicing even after informing them, like today promise to come from 10am, change to 11 am then change to130pm then change to 230pm, what the heck what kind of company is this.

The receptionist Venet is very rude, impatient and not professional. Hope the company will pay attention on her attitude problem if not business will get affected by her !!!

Very POOR service, make 5 visits to rectify problems, perpetually late 2 - 3hours for booked appointments. Not professional, and overpriced.

Very expensive for a simple job of changing a switch. Work was average. Many of these 1-stop company offering building maintenance services are overpriced.

Very POOR customer service.Waited for 4-5hrs as they keep moving the timing for the first aircon servicing appointment and last minute they cancelled the booking ‘coz they cannot make it. During the second appointment booked still for the first aircon servicing waited for 2-3hrs again,and they won’t bother to update you if they will be late or what. When they arrived in our house and I was not there since they are late already for 2hrs,their staff waited only for 20mins even we told them we will be back in awhile but they left.??‍♀️ When we called them if they will be back the answer was “don’t know how”. Very funny is it? Wasted other people’s time. When I called their so called “customer service”,he even told me they are big company and very busy that’s why they cannot make it on time. Seriously? ? Yes you are a big company,that’s the point why customers are expecting a good service from you compare to other companies,at least you can inform them that you will not be there on time. If there is a NEGATIVE star that I can rate on your service, that’s what you deserve after wasting your customers time!
