THIS GUY IS A CON ARTIST!!! Don't use them. He saw we where in desperate need for a plumber and then LIED that it was a big issue and tried to charge us 700 dollars for a job that they have advertised on their website for 60 dollars.

Poor quality and rude. Would not rectify poor quality. They came to replace some leaking toilet sprays in my condo back in January. The product he had was overpriced ($200 or so per spray if I recall correctly) but I was compelled to purchase it right there and then because he said I would pay more to have him wait or come back. Fair enough. A mere 2 or so months after the installation, the spray head would leak after use. I called a month later due to travels and he claims there's a 3 month warranty (not aware of this) and rudely laughs as if to insinuate that I lied about it leaking after 2 months to avail of free repair. He said i was late for the 3 month warranty (by 15 days) and that I would have to pay for him to come to my place. I asked him to reconsider and he was inflexible, upholding the warranty policy (which is his own policy, in which case I had hoped for some flexibility). Be very cautious in engaging with this service!
