From the day one in the company they have definitely delivered what they have shared about the company culture, career progression and the mentorship. Over the years of guidance given, I progress to be a Team leader. Definitely from someone that came from a designing background to have career switch, it took me time and effort to learn. I'm happy to gain my experience here and given the opportunity to be someone leading a group. Learning never stop! As a Sales and Marketing company. They working with clients that from MNCs from different industries like telecoms, energy, banking, FMCGs, and more. It is funny to know people will be mistaken this as a MLM company. You might want to search out more about what is MLM and how their structure works. Eaglesview marketing group is professional and constantly improving their operations. As a company they keep up to trend constantly, do check out their Instagram and Facebook too! Definitely you will have a clearer understanding what you mean of work hard and play harder! What i definitely looking out for my career is the culture, career progression and exposure given by the company! I'm grateful to be in one.

This is just another MLM company hiding behind a facade by falsifying itself as a "marketing" company. They will entice you with how much experience you can gain as a marketing personnel but in actual fact, all you do is promote an app to passersby on the streets. There is no basic salary and only commissions. Not to mention the daily debrief which feels like you have just signed up for a cult membership - occasionally have to chant "oOHhh yeSSSsss" when the cult leader announces the agent with the highest sales for the day. Totally exhausting not because of the actual job scope but having to deal with nosey, clingy colleagues. All in all, this is an organisation focused at tricking people into working for them and trying to retain them with professional brainwashing. Highly not recommended unless you are pretentious by nature and feel zero remorse for making life miserable for the innocent people.

Joined here after ORD. Gathered a lot of experience in terms of soft skills such as communication, sales, marketing, customer service. The mentorship provided for us is a big help as when you are new, you do not know anything but they help with a big heart, going the extra mile and time, which not every mentor will do. Have travelled with the company to Malaysia and other overseas trip for exposure, learning and fun. Gone through many challenges like new campaigns and projects but with the supportive environment, will pull through any tough times.

As a fresh graduate, I joined Eaglesview Marketing with not much experience. However, the company was able to see past my lack of experience and rewarded me solely based on my performance. Just a year into the company, I was given the opportunity to travel overseas over 6 times with the company on office visits and retreats (including a helicopter ride), in 4 different countries. Fast forward to almost 3 years now, I have been blessed to travel more than 10 times with the company, even given the opportunity to be on an attachment to work in another country for almost a month, and I know this is the place and people I am looking to build my future with. The mentorship provided here goes beyond simple sales training, but rather it is geared towards making us better individuals. Special shoutout to the managing director Azimah Isnin for creating a positive culture and always going the extra mile for her people. I would definitely recommend Eaglesview to anyone who is seeking a platform where they can grow exponentially with the company, in terms of both career progression and personal development, all while having fun along the way!

Working in Eaglesview, I was given the opportunity to have oversees exposure even when I am very young in the company. The company is very fair which rewards people that delivers performance, even people that is trying.
