They are not responsible with what their sales agent do. False marketing of Ohana by Adam's Corner restaurant. Only seeking to scam consumers in purchasing the voucher. Do not trust this company's advertising and products.

Great people I met at Junction 8. They were doing donations for 365 Cancer Prevention Society. The lady's name was Dyna but I didn't manage to catch her partner's name. Incredibly pleasant people to converse with :)

I complained about their sales agent who was doing the sales for ohana by adam's corner. Their agent came to our door and sold us a coupon for this restaurant. Out of good heart we brought a coupon to help the restaurant during the Covid. Turned out the restaurant is not able to deliver what they say and later we saw this restaurant got hundreds of negative comments total rating is 2.4. All complaining the same what we experienced. I am upset with Salesworks for selling the coupon even after knowing all this. I did call salesworks and complained to them that "ohana" directed me to them for coupon refund, as they said the cash collected goes to the sales agent and not to "Ohana". Nobody got back to me on my complaint until today.

Extremely unhelpful customer service.. Saw their promoters selling The Ranch vouchers at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, and we bought the vouchers from them. We misplaced it due to moving of houses, thus we emailed them to enquire if an e-coupon could be issued instead. Every transaction is recorded & we have details to provide to proof that we did buy the physical coupon. Customer Service Officer Hazel told us different stories, first told us that they cannot issue an e-coupon because restaurant doesn't accept. However, I've already called the restaurant & they know of our situation. I told her this, then she replied saying that they (Salesworks) don't issue e-vouchers.. told me to ask restaurant if they accept screenshots. I have spoken to The Ranch and they told me to forward them the screenshot, and when I went back to Hazel to ask for it, she refuse to release it to me. On their end they were very unhelpful, and could see that there was little effort put in for aftersales customer service and after reading the other reviews, I can understand why. And as you read the other reviews of them, you can see that their sales agent are dishonest, and my father-in-law, i believe, was a victim of it too.

On the street level, the granite flooring is textured to prevent slip and fall incidents and indicator floor lights at the entrance steps are designed to provide safe access. Toilets for the physically impaired are provided on every floor including the car parking floors. For vehicles driven by persons with disability, an accessible car parking lot is available. Lift control buttons are equipped with Braille and tactile markings to enable people with disabilities to use the lift.
