And once the order goes through and before the delivery date, you will receive the out of stock emails. It came to a point that out of 10 items ordered, all 10 items became out of stock before delivering. Ever since then, I’ve stopped using their service. It’s sad because they do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've placed a second order from their website in March 2022 for pet supplies as my first purchased was a pleasant one so i did not think much of it.
-Delivered wrong order! (very disappointing)
-Made multiple calls at different days to their hotline but no one answer.
-Sent 6 enquired emails but no reply at all.
I've been reaching out to their operator for weeks now but no one seems to bother.
Please deal at your own risk. I will never use their platform again.
