Thank you to Dr Jackie for taking care of my ingrown toenail! Super friendly, straightforward and very professional! I had been having reccurent ingrown toenail for many years but did not take it seriously until it started to cause pain and infection earlier this month. Dr Jackie recognized the severity of my condition and did a partial nail avulsion procedure on the same day as the consultation. Now there's completely no more pain after 2+ weeks and I can go back to lifting heavy already. Front desk staff were also very friendly with warm smiles every appointment!

I went for surgery and physiotherapy after an injury on my left knee during a football training. However, I still felt discomfort and slight pain on my left knee for 2-3 months and I was uncertain if I could fully recover. I was later introduced to East Coast Podiatry and after only 3 sessions, I was able to conduct my rehab exercises with minimal discomfort. The result was really fast! Thanks to my podiatrist, Jackie Tey and his team. Jackie is a very detailed person and I felt really assured with his logical explanations and evidence presented. I am really delighted to see the result!

I was struggling with plantar fasciitis for a while but never did anything as I thought it was temporary and would go away naturally. It got worse eventually and so I was introduced to East Coast Podiatry and my podiatrist, Ms Chantelle Crossland. She was patient and caring throughout my course of treatment and always checked to see if I was comfortable. The shockwave therapy sessions were quick and really didn’t hurt much. Chantelle also gave great tips and made sure I was stretching my calves regularly to prevent my condition from worsening. It’s been about half a year since my treatment ended and I can gladly say that my plantar fasciitis has been cured and I haven’t had any relapse since. I just want to end this off by saying a huge thank you to Chantelle and the team. It was a very pleasant experience!

I came in for knee pain and my leg was changing colour, which was scary. It didn’t seem to be getting any better and was turning darker instead so I thought it was actually a sign of diabetes! Thankfully, my podiatrist Georgina Tay identified that I had a condition called venous stasis instead. I also fell down many times and hurt my thigh so I went to the polyclinic but they only gave me injections. Gina discovered that I had a host of other problems as well such as lower back pain, elbow problems, and an ingrown toenail issue! I used to go to pedicurists to get my nails cut and I didn’t realise that I was actually worsening the condition because they were cutting down the sides of my nails. I went through multiple sessions of EMTT, SIS, and shockwave for the pain, swelling and weakness, and also had a small procedure done for my ingrown toenail. Now I can honestly say that my conditions have improved so much and I can walk more stable and pain free. I feel more light and my leg doesn’t look so dark anymore. Thank you so much East Coast Podiatry!

I had really bad knee pain that was worsened by my job as a chef as I need be on my feet for about 12 – 16 hours every day. I was introduced to East Coast Podiatry by my boss, and I am very satisfied with the standard of care. They were very professional and knowledgeable about my problems, and I felt very safe from the very first checkup. I’m also glad that they use non-invasive methods of treatment because I consulted a doctor previously and they wanted me to go straight for an MRI and knee surgery. My treatment consisted of EMTT and shockwave sessions, and muscle strengthening exercises. I’ve really noticed a difference as my knee was extremely painful before the first appointment, but after the treatment and exercises, it doesn’t hurt anymore when I continue doing the same activities I used to. My podiatrist Millicent Brown has been very patient in explaining the details of treatment to me and was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. The team has also given me a lot of tips on improving function and strength in my knee and also in the lower limbs overall. I like that they take the time to listen to me and perform such in-depth assessments. It is definitely an investment in your health. I had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend East Coast Podiatry to anyone who is having problems in their lower legs. I recommend this to my fellow chefs and people suffering from lower limb issues.
