Very professional people and the service is fantastic. I went to Dr Benedict Khoo For a check on a toenail issue. He walked me through the required procedure and addressed all my queries. He along with Dr Shirley performed the procedure on me and have been keeping a very good eye on my recovery progress.

My experience with the clinic and Dr Lewis was very pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Lewis was very friendly and took extra care in explaining to me my issues and possible solutions. He actively listened to my concerns and addressed any questions I had. The staff were also very approachable and helpful. 10/10 would go again.

All of the people at the office are so friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the podiatrists. I was referred by a friend and I am so thankful they led me there. I had been in pain for over a year, but had started to be unbearable. Every step hurt. Lewis, the podiatrist, examined me and was able to explain to me and show me exactly what was happening with my foot he walked me through (no pun intended) the treatment plan as well as the costs associated. He even recommended footwear that I could wear in and out of the house that would help alleviate the pain. I had a six week SIS therapy plan set up and another great podiatrist, Shirley, helped me through it. She made sure I was comfortable during the treatments and even gave me a number of stretches and foot exercises to do at home that would help improve my flexibility. Each session, she checked my progress and gave me new stretches. Both Drs. Lewis and Shirley checked in on me when I arrived for each appointment and we’re genuinely concerned with my pain and therapy. After the sessions and new orthotics, I am pain free. It’s amazing to me that a pain I’ve had for over a year was fixed in just 6 weeks. I am so grateful to them for taking such great care of me and fixing my foot. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for relief. The ladies at the front desk always greeted me by name and never made me wait. All the staff is so professional.

Professional staff who are prompt in follow up and know the patients personally. Dr Lewis is very thorough. A detailed diagnosis and analysis was given during my first visit and he continued to monitor and check on my progress during my follow up sessions and treatment. My issue has been resolved and I am very grateful. I always felt at ease at the clinic and was able to share comfortably with the doctors my concerns. They are all very patient and willing to help in any way they can. Would definitely recommend their services. :)

The treatment here was fantastic! My ankle was sprained 3 months ago and was not showing any sign of recovery even after 1 month. After treatment from East Coast Podiatry using shockwave therapy and EMTT, I was able to get back to my football training at an optimal condition. My podiatrist, Benedict Khoo, was a very caring and friendly personality. He knew what he was doing and made me feel assured with the treatment. Without his skills, my ankle wouldn’t recover as quickly as it could. I would recommend my family and all my friends to him!

I found East Coast Podiatry when google searching for Ingrown nail treatments in Singapore, the Website has lots of information and the staff were able to arrange a convenient appointment with my requested Podiatrist very fast. My podiatrist, Mr Nurney, was very kind, professional and easy to talk to. While I was telling him about my ingrown toenail issues, he was very patient and explained the diagnosis and solution very clearly. I was nervous before visiting as I am very afraid of pain. I was happy to go for a minor nail procedure offered by Mr Nurney as it did not require skin cutting or stitching, which I was relieved about. I was so glad that it was a smooth and painless procedure and I am very grateful for Mr Nurney’s professional conduct and excellent treatment provided. My recovery went better than expected and I was back in the gym straight after my recovery period, around 2 weeks. Overall, I had a great experience with East Coast Podiatry and the staff at Novena were excellent from my first inquiry until my final review consultation.
