If your nice to them you will get same amount of respect if your rude to them of course,human is human you will get same amount of what you give. Staff is human too be nice to them and you will earn same respect.... RESPECT BEGETS RESPECTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good source for glass need at a very fair price. One of the fastest and reasonable pricing with variety of glass options. Not sure, just bring a your broken glass or a template and Manager Grace & Maria shall advice accordingly to get a tiptop replacement. Remember, this is a factory outlet not a retail store, avoid lunch hours or last minute timing for walk ins as the staff are busy and you'll have to be patient for your turn. Overall my go to source for any glass needs. 5 Stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair prices and willing to listen to customer. I made shower glass screen and it came bent. I complained about it and they removed it immediately and replaced it with a new one the next day that was perfectly straight. They should focus a little on making it right the first time. But I give them 5 stars and will definitely use them again because they managed to correct what was wrong and put customer first. Thanks, Grace.
