Dashcam installer messed up my rear seat. Took it to 8 Cushion and fixed it. Great service, fair and really quality work.

Unprofessional! Sent for windscreen polishing to solve wiper judder problem. They used a polishing pad with some polishing cream and polish with hand. The wiper judder problem seems solved. But the polishing is uneven and stains on many parts of windscreen is still not removed, causing reflection at night, especially when it rain. WORST OF ALL, there are many round scratches on my windscreen now! I believed the polishing pad is dirty and scratched the windscreen during the polishing. I dare not return to demand for remedy. Worry it will only further worsen the problem. No choice but to send my car to my regular shop to remedy. However, the scratches may not be smoothened away. Gosh, your workshop has caused me some much problems.

Got my Tiguan’s roof curtain installed elsewhere (won’t mention here)and it dropped again in less than a year, roughly 11 months or so. Read good stuffs about 8cushion indeed they offered good services to me. Staffs are polite and price is fair though slightly more expensive than previous workshop. I’m very confident with them as much as they are very confident with their products. Ended doing my roof with them as well. ? keep it up!

Had my car roof lining replacement done today at this workshop. Pricey but good workmanship and excellent customer service. Well done.

Quality of work can improve. Panoramic roof roller blind got fixed with minor defects to head linings and airbag clips. Hope the company can do better in future (Reviewed on 2018 Jan 18) In response to owners reply: Hi, I am thankful for your response about getting the matter resolved. Currently I will live with the work that was performed (roof roller blind change out). Just want to give you genuine feedback: Long story short, after the roller blind change out, functional of roller blind is good till today (about 5 months from installation). Very good work on this part. However during the installation, some of the air bag clips are broken (maybe not proper tools are used) and put back in a manner that till today I live with it and would not want to think about it as it will upset myself. Some part of roof lining detached (my guess is due to the challenges of removing it to replace the roller blind). The rear part of the roof lining also not very well put back and some stains was introduced during the process of putting it back. After this updated review I believe we are all moving towards a better future ? Updated: 4 September 2021 Looking forward to send the vehicle in for them to make nice. Thank you ?

Just replaced the roof lining of my car. Very happy with the result. They are very professional, friendly and offer same day services. A bit more pricey than other places but now I understand why. If you need your car roof lining replaced this is the place.

I had my old miata soft top replaced with 8 cushion. it was a sudden job and i didn't prepare the rain rail for my convertible. The shop owner offers me a free installation of the new rain rail after i ordered and shipped in after 2 weeks when the replacement job (labour and time) is like replacing a new soft top. Really appreciate the goodwill offer. Highly recommended. *****

I am extremely pleased and very satisfied with the service of 8 Cushion. My car had developed a water leak and there meticulous professional not only found and fixed the leak in shortest time but also tested and validated that it all works as expected, they also helped me to redo the roof lining as the water leak had stained. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and the clear concise information provided that last week i went back for leather car seat upholstery work. The value for money against the quality provided is amazing. The gentleman named Jeff and his professional took time to provide all the info i was after.
