★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My new home sweet home. Yes, it is small but its way bigger than punggol bto hdb.. if living just 2pax, its quite big. Quiet environment, peacefull, i gave 4 stars bcoz it is still not listed in google map on the exact block nos. Grab & Uber often got lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estate was just build recently and is currently still in progress. Canberra MRT will also be build around that area. Currently Nearest shopping center is Sun Plaza and bus come at an interval of 30 minutes however stores are starting to open around there. A Sheng Siong & Laundry Cleaning Service just open there. Good estate with a lot of facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The playground is a cute pirate ship. Its is meant for kids aged from 6 to 12 years old. My kids are from 3 to 7 years old. Some of the step are abit too high for the younger ones but in terms of design quite safe. Definitely will return. Plenty of seats for parents. Roadside is nearby.. So pls keep alook out for wondering kiddos.

Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.
