Normal servicing done by couple, he claimed had 20 over years of experience. But do not know how to dismantle new models. Dismantle the units by force, broke the aircon's filter and drop the cover from high level. Luckily the cover not broken and denied the filter was broken in the first place. Why inform after washing? The servicing was only washed the filter and a little bit of vacum. The cover was not clean and left marks of dirt on it. The process was a torture, i only heard complaints about the units too new for him. This kind of service can be diy if you have the vacum cleaner. In the end i had to buy new aircon filter by myself. If can rated below 0, i will give -5 for service in hell. If you had done nothing wrong, i would had your harassment calls to asked me to deleted this posts. Or you will call police!! Further harssement calls from you, i will post the messages and the numbers of calls you called.

Service damn poor and rude, ended up calling police. I didn't know what happen to my air con and its leaking, I call for their service, they came and check and without telling me what is wrong with my air con, they insist that they do chemical wash which cost $180, ask them what is wrong or what is the problem, they tell me they dont know and cannot answer me. When I decided not to do, they tell me they want $40 for transportation which in their site says its $20 for diagnose and $20 for transportation. They dont even know what is wrong with the air con. The man that came was so rude and claim he is the boss and eventually ended very heated and almost turn out to be a fight which I have to call the police to stop it.

Very efficient and on time. Aircon servicing was very good and professional, will call next time.

Thank you Alex for coming even so late at night to come fix our aircon. He was polite and was skilled in fixing the problem with the water leakage from our aircon and knew a lot in fixing aircons. I appreciate the help. If my aircon is ever broken, I will use your service again. I shall recommend my friend to you.

Do not use them unless u like to be overcharge n engaged with a heated argument when u do not comply what ever rates they charge not according to what they said before servicing the aircon. They overcharged u if not will suggest a chemical cleaning when the aircon is brand new for less than a year. They are not professionals n very rough people. Make sure u have a man at home when they are around otherwise it’s at your own risk! They don’t even deserve a single star!

Very Disappointed and regretted calling them... Very rude and big liers... Called them to do normal servicing for 2 aircons which cost $35 dollars for per unit and ended up paying $120 dollars!!! THE Man claimed that he cleaned the compressor and topped up gas which I NEVA ASK HIM TO DO!!! When i called them to book appt i told them juz normal cleaning for 2units only... after his service he claimed that i told him to clean the compressor... When he was servicing my aircon he only ask me where my compressor was he never mention that he is gonna clean and top up gas... he juz wanted to charge extra... Pls guyss don't call them even if its so urgent... !!! I neva experience such situations wit other companies! I don't even like to give single star to them!!!

First time engage Wen Jie Aircon Services that recommended by friend. Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. Unbelievable that he manage to troubleshoot my 4 in 1 air-con that the previous air-con Services stated that i needed to change a new set. Thanks for his experience and Knowledge.Now my air-con problem is solve and unexpectedly the air con still can be working and cool.❄❄ Most important is the whole sevices he charge is reasonable. Fully Recommend n Thumbs UP ??

Highly recommend. I had an emergency as my aircon was leaking quite badly. I called around 3pm, and the team was already able to come down by 5pm on short-notice. They fixed the problem swiftly and also helped do two chemical washes plus checking on gas pressure for a very very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for emergency repairs, and maintenance.
