★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite neighborhood, with bus mrt station and 2 Supermarkets. Look like not fully occupied and still new buildings yet to complete. 3 coffee shops, but have not seen any smaller provision or grocery shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East Wave is a newly built Housing Development Board project in Canberra. 6 years before this location was empty forested area. Currently there are some construction and development ongoing.
Like most newly grown mature state, there is not sufficient facilities for shopping, dining , schooling & transportation. Currently after the new Canberra MRT station and shopping complex (opposite to MRT station) are completed, things are beginning to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ East Wave is in new built Housing Development Board in Canberra. Only 5 years before this location was barren. Still construction and development ongoing.
Unlike mature state, here is not sufficient facilities for shopping, dining , schooling & transportation. But it is expected that after the new Canberra MRT station and shopping complex (opposite to MRT station) are completed in 2019, it will one of well planned housing state.
