I had received their items yesterday in good condition, they told me their delivery man got COVID, thanks seller.

Most of the other suppliers did have options however the costing was such that you could not take a chance and spend that much on projects that are just for testing. Easywood has the entire range of options from no regret basic to high end options in all types of wood. Delivery was quick and picked up from their place same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order 1 piece of laminated wood. It was produced fast and ready 1 day after (a Tuesday). It was eventually delivered in good condition as well.
However, the delivery service is disappointing. Charging a premium for it, it failed to be delivered with 2-3 days as stated in the website policy with no clear explanation upon inquiry and I only received it on the 9th day from the point of order (Sat & Sun inclusive).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 pieces of wood planks from their website. It was simple & convenient and they were very responsive on WhatsApp.
However, when the goods were delivered to me, the edges of the wood planks were damaged by a careless courier despite the goods being well packaged as seen in photo.
Once i alerted Roy about the damage and urgency, he drove down to do a 1 for 1 replacement for me. Really appreciate the service and help rendered. Thanks!
