★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despicable seller! Bought stuff from them on Lazada during 11.11 sale. Kept delaying saying that they did not have stock. I used a different account to check on stock status to which they replied they had stock. But when they replied to the account that made the purchase, they said they had no stock. This is despite them still having listings on Lazada and Shopee (without stating that item is on pre-order).
Just be frank if you do not want to honour the sale price instead of giving lame excuses and wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1 stop place to get my diy stuff. Most of my tools are from them, they have most of it & at a very good price compared to most hardware shop i went. Some of the staff are friendly & can give u good advice but some are not n don't bother to help u. So if u going there make sure u know what u want to get. Most of the time i just grab n go... ?

Went there to buy a foldable trolley and the old man and another younger man told me to read the manual on my own rather than do a simple demo on how to use the trolley. The old man spoke in a condescending tone. My first and last visit there. There's some many other hardware shops in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 3 stars rating due to reasonable prices. Its an old traditional hardware shop. Couldn’t aspect much for best services compare to those air conditioned shops. Need to be firm with stern voice when speaking to them. But end of transaction, a good smile and thank you to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious customer service. Called the store to check stock status. Staff was obviously too lazy to check. He asked to come over to find out for myself. Very rude tone. We’re dealing with gangsters here.
I explained nicely to them that I need to ensure the tools I’m looking for are available before travelling all the way there. They got impatient, told me off and said to email them instead. Somebody else will assist.
