When I asked the barber how i wanted my hair, i said I wanted a high slope and “cut abit for the top”. When barber was done, Top and sides are same length. Why spend $12 when I can get a three year old with a trimmer to achieve the same result for free

Poor skill hair stylist cut my son hair on 5 March 2022 Saturday My son hair is uneven on top I will never go to this shop and cut my son hair anymore. What a disgrace of this brand to take This type of worker

When you see Apple Huang is on duty, just to avoid by all means. Witnessed customers conplained about her before and I experienced a bad haircut from her. Yes, it is cheap but basic quality has to be there.

I have a complain about one of your hairstylist, which I encountered at EC House, Sun Plaza on 24/3/22, around 1pm. Very rude hairstylist named V JACK LOW, also saw his name mentioned once or twice here(on google map reviews).. so watch out. Came in, sat down on his chair then told him I just wanted to cut short. He told me 'you mean high slope?' and I said 'not so high', which then he start to show attitude and muttering some stuff.. During and before the haircut, the way he grab the hairstyling tools were quite violent and also he was moving me around with quite some force as well (I also tend to slouch sometimes but still, shouldn't be so rough with customers) After the first round, he show me my hair in the mirror which I realized is still SUPER long, even if he wanted to give me a high slope it shouldn't be that long right? Its almost like I didn't get a haircut in the first place.. So I told him nicely, whether can cut a bit shorter on the sides and top (pretty much everywhere).. At this point he probably think I undermining his skills or something, then he raised his voice saying, 'That one is high slope! I told you from the start its high slope already, you should have gotten the it from the beginning!' in mandarin and a very hostile tone as he glared me down lol. I didn't know what to say so I just said sorry in a non sarcastic way.. Think he took it the other way though.. Because by the end of the 2nd round, my hair was extremely short, nothing like the high slopes I had before.. During the whole haircut also can tell there was tension from the forcefulness in the way he handled equipment, the lowering of chair and the customer. Once again, V JACK LOW is his name.

Informed the hairstylist to just trim my hair as I wanted to do a proper haircut another day but was criticised by the stylist saying I did not know what I wanted to cut. She then asked me whether I cut a certain hairstyle which I said no to, and she ended cutting my hair into whatever she wanted to cut.

first time visiting them for a cut, informed the hair stylist my requirements, she then proceeded to criticise the requirements stating the outcome will vary from stylists to stylists, I kept quiet and agreed, but I specifically mention not to round up the edges at the least minimum, in the end the edges are all rounded up... as she shave too high up even after instructions were given. not a great experience in my case, would rather go downstairs for a $6-$8 cut which is cheaper and at the same time, the stylists listened to the customer's requirement at least.

Bring my son here for quick cut. $12 with simple cut. Basically we don’t have much request, just cut short look neat will do; didn’t put high expectations then will no disappointment.
