★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed. Went there to do my hair, done by a plump guy. Not properly done. Went back the 2nd time.. his remedy for my hair still not properly done till i have to go another salon to fix my problem.
Will not go back there again. Waste few hundred bucks. =(

My daughter went in for a cut from a guy with blond hair as the stylist who usually cuts her hair was busy. this guy was ATROCIOUS. my daughter clearly stated she wanted a cut BELOW her chin and this guy js started cutting from the back and when he reached the front my daughter got a shock because it was WAY ABOVE THE CHIN. he then proceeded to say ‘ITS NOT SHORT’ to my daughter who asked why was it so short. my daughter was extremely upset and even CRIED once she came out of the shop. HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE. my daughter does not even want to go out of the house now. absolutely TERRIBLE. worst experience ever for my daughter. The lady is fine but DO NOT LET THIS GUY CUT YOUR HAIR. WASTE OF $19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want your hair to be CHOPPED off! This is the place to come to. I didnt have very long hair but when i came here my sole purpose for my visit was to have a trim + hair wash. I showed the stylist how much i wanted to cut off but he cut way more than that and still dared to say “still long lah ah.” Hair is a big deal and not everyone has hair that grows back so fast. Total waste of money and also don’t recommend this place to anyone which thick wavy hair. Please go to a salon that specialises in curls. The shampoo used her will dry the hell out of ur scalp n hair causing dandruff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon has been around Sun Plaza since the early 2000s before the mall revamp and if you’re looking for a reliable place for a haircut in the neighbourhood this is the place. Got my hair cut by Thomas a few times and he does a great job taking the weight off my head making it light and stylish as my hair tends to grow out pretty thick, heavy and flat. Lilian is very friendly and does a good wash and blow!
