tried the trial and to my expectation, it is really how it advertised to be :) face was obviously brighter and blemishes was solved therefore rlly satisfied with their service! my beautician is carolyn, she’s really nice and helpful! provided a lot of skincare tips for me and even some advices on diet part. thankful for that, joined their member can’t wait to see even more results already!! ^^ would definitely recommend to my friends and whoever who rlly needs this! thumbs up!!!

Went to Eclado for a facial as I saw their facial treatment online. During the first treatment they told me my face was dry, asked me to sign a package to rehydrate my skin. During the second session I went there they told me my face was sensitive and asked me to sign another package for sensitive skin. I thought I could go through my facials without anymore hard-selling. But I was wrong, for the previous session I went, all the therapist did was hard-selling me telling me oh the treatment is not enough for your skin, you need to sign another package. For the whole entire session all I hear was ‘oh you definitely have to spend this money on your face’. It was really difficult to enjoy my time there. Up till the very end when I have told them repeatedly that I didn’t want to sign anymore packages, the therapist said that I could pay a deposit instead then come back for the facial any time. They just wouldn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. I personally have sensitive skin and therefore only some products are suitable for my face. They asked me to buy their products which I did buy for my face. Went back home and tried the product for a week. Sadly the product wasn’t suitable for my face as it cause my breakouts due to my skin sensitivity. Went back for another treatment and they ask how was my face. Told them that my face was not suited to their products, they told me that I needed to buy other products to use on top of that and I badly needed it, and I definitely needed to buy, and that my skin needs that product so badly. I fell for it and spend another $300 on products. Overall, I’ve spend more than $500 on products that I can’t even use and even more on packages. In conclusion, their products are still not suited for my face and i still have facial sessions left which I’m afraid to go. To me, going to eclado for facial means facing more stress trying to say no to hard-selling.

Signed up for a trial package and had my treatment done by Carolyn. She was very patient and detailed in explanation. Gave lots of tips on how to take care of the skin and what to avoid. She will also explain the purpose of each product. Though the treatment is not cheap, she doesn’t try to hard sell. Overall a good experience here and will recommend to anyone who wants to really understand their skin better.

I signed up for the Tinkerbell therapy trail. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cindy was the one who did my facial analysis and she was very honest in terms of how my skin condition is. Compared to other facial brands they would exaggerate that my skin is super bad, but here they’re really honest! They don’t push you to buy their packages either, and even give you samples to try (Even one for my boyfriend). :) I really enjoyed the facial process and for the first time I didn’t have to undergo extraction to get rid of the gunk on my face. The rooms are really clean and nice. After the facial my skin feels plump and smooth. The next day my skin still feels great and lifted. Thank you Cindy and Grace! :)

Saw this deal on the Tinkerbell treatment online and decided to try it. Grace was my therapist and I was impressed with the face and neck massage, and how there was no extraction yet most of blackheads came out. My skin was also noticeably brighter from the before and after pics. My beauty advisor also seemed knowledgeable and fair-first time an advisor who didn’t list a ton of negative points about your skin to make you purchase the package. I am not sure why others who reviewed about this place said there was no hard sell because I definitely experienced it. Price point of the package is high, about $200 for the Tinkerbell treatment with minimum package close to $1k which was beyond my budget. Then came the product recommendation which was rather pushy. It felt like they just wanted to close a single deal, any deal from the customer in the end. Nevertheless, would recommend to try before committing to a package.

Rating: 3.8 The after-result weren't as striking as some other places I've tried but Therapist Belle was customer focused, well trained & & well learned with good knowledge & skill set. Light extraction was done & they use HF equipment. Room is spacious & clean. There was skin diagnosis before & after the treatment. Some selling at the end of the session but she wasn't pushy. She also extended some samples for me to try at home.

first experience with escaldo the workers there were all very experience and all very friendly. Agnes did the ice cream therapy and acne removal and extraction for me she was very skilled

I personally enjoyed their Tinkerbell Therapy facial. Agnes and her team of therapists are very professional. Agnes always goes the extra miles to share her experiences on taking care of skincare regimes. She only recommended minimal products that my skin needed after my 2nd facial. If you don't want she will not push you to buy too. I can feel the sincerity and dedication of her and her team.
