I would like to record my positive experience using ECO Coin Laundromat today. This place is located within a short walking distance from Bedok MRT / Bedok Mall and I would highly recommend it to people around the area in need of a place to wash their clothes. The system is user-friendly and easy to understand. Most importantly, it gets the job done. There are three types of washers here - 2 units for 13kg loads, 1 for a 17kg load and 1 for a 23kg load. For each washer, there is an option to use either cold or hot water, and with or without their own detergent. For the 17kg load machine, using cold water with their detergent costs $5. If you wish to use hot water, it's $1 more. If you use your own detergent, it's $1 less. There is only one type of dryer here. Every 6mins of drying will cost you $1. They recommend 24mins of drying so that's $4. Obviously with a heavier load, you'll expect to need a longer drying duration. My concern prior to coming here was that I did not have so much money in coins. But that is not a problem at all. There is a notes to tokens machine which accepts notes in the following denominations - $2, $5, and $10. Simply insert the note and it will dispense you one token for every $1. The tokens are unfortunately non-refundable. There is no door to this place. It is open 24hrs so that's convenient for those who work late. Hope this helps! (:

It’s user friendly machines. And there are a lot of options of payment. Overall it is good. I would recommend you to use cold water option if your clothes not much dirty. And before running the washing machine make sure you put all of your clothes cuz it will start after you make a payment and you can’t stop it, well at least I couldn’t)
