One of the most expensive clinics that i've been to.. Given a paracetamol for two slabs and was charged for $50.. like seriously???? Not recommended. I've should walk a few metres more to blk 17 where there are more cheaper clinics..

Rude receptionist. No small change, no apology. Expected us to go out and change our money for her benefit. Husband down with high fever, cough and flu for a few days. Used in ear thermometer at home to confirm this yet the so called 'doctor' misdiagnosed him due to usage of forehead thermometer. Claimed he had no fever yet his temperature went up to 41 degrees celsius using home in-ear thermometer. 3 flu medicines which were UNNECESSARY according to another more reliable doctor (NYAM at simpang bedok). Overdosed my husband and his body didn't respond well. Doctor Nyam gave him a fever jab and his fever was gone just a few hours later. Also provided him with PROPER doses of medicine.

Went to Dr Lee 's clinic for my skin(acne) condition. Was charged a total of SGD$170 for the whole consultation; which included a bottle of face wash, antibiotics[doxycycline hcl 100mg (potency)] and acne cream. However, I've seen the front desk receptionist throwing a pack of Acne Clear Pimple Treatment Cream into the bin, which turns out that that is my acne cream prescribed to me, just that the receptionist squeezed that whole tube of cream into their empty bottle. Acne Clear cream is what I've been using before and you can get a pack of it for just SGD$6.20 from Watsons. But they charged me a total of SGD$170? I found this very surprising. If I could get that acne cream for only $6.20. I've also checked online and found out that a 100mg tablet of doxycycline cost about $0.30-$1.19. Why am I wasting my money to see a doctor first and get the SAME acne cream prescribed just only squeezed into their bottle? Oh so they charge for squeezing that too? Plus, they didn't even show their consultation charges. I'm wondering how this clinic charges us. Reccomend all people not to visit this clinic, not very trustworthy.

I introduced myself as a first timer and the lady at the dispensing counter signalled with her hand instead of politely asking for my identity card. The consultation room looks old. The doctor gave me an injection for the skin problem I have been having, and was prescribed a bottle of soap-free body wash, a bottle of body lotion, 2 creams and 2 packets of oral medication. Total charge was $250!! I asked if I could pay by NETS but was told that there is no NETS facility. Was asked to go to the nearest petrol station which has an ATM. Could only withdraw $100 as the machine was low on cash. Went back to the clinic and was asked to go to the nearest 7 Eleven shop to get cash. Had to buy something at the convenience store in order to get cash. Back at the clinic I was asked if I wanted a receipt. The receipt was written out intead of printed out from a computer or vashier machine.

Very experienced doctor whoโ€™s dermatologist trained as well. Clinic has rustic 80-90s look and waiting area only has a big fan blowing - which is unusual today but itโ€™s still ok. Very low tech environment, still writing notes on paper form. Pros - Doctor is very involved and tried to explain to each customer why things happened even right down to why the payment claims for insurance provider could not work - saw it happen with 2 other customers. - Pretty reasonable cost, an injection and 3 doses of medication with consultation cost me <$50 Cons - CASH only, and nearest ATM is by the petrol station which is a bit of a distance away. Be prepared with sufficient cash for payment!

Very bad experience on this rude old doctor not to mention the front desk lady special welcoming guest gesture. I have a "huge pimples" like thing growing on my head which causing hair fall. I am aware of the hair loss but what I care is to treat the pimple because it's painful and can feels there is build up of blood and pus inside it. But when I went into the room, I try to explain to him. That's when he start to stop me from saying anything. He started to show me all kind of pictures showing hair loss people and said that need to take jab on the area and let the hair grow. For god sake, I said "umm, it feels like a pimple andโ€ฆ" ,he stop me at once. Saying I am already here looking for him, skin specialist , bla bla bla...Keep mentioning hair grow. I mean I don't care about my hair. He start to advice to take jab, which is few jabs on that area for the hair grow for $95 for months. Then I said I need to consider it first. And he continue you still need to pay $50 for consultant fees for not getting anything. In my mind, yeah yeah, I'll pay for it. Can't wait to get out from that room. What a bad experience. Subsequently, I went to another clinic which the doctor advice to take oral meds and apply cream to clear the build up for the pimple on my head first which only cost me $45.

This clinic has been here since this place is built. Nostalgic old school type of clinic. I only seen this clinic once and it so long ago

DO NOT PATRONISE THIS CLINIC. First of all, I showed my company's Singlife Aviva card where I was clearly a member and am covered by my company's insurance. However, the receptionist briefly glanced at it and determined I was not a member. In doing so, I had to pay with my own cash. Went in to see Dr Lee Sai Kang who was exceptionally rude, and insensitive. He kept interjecting while I was explaining my symptoms and I had to repeat myself multiple times because he was just not paying attention to what I was saying. I basically had the same muscle aches as everyone else who's had their booster jab and said I have the medicine required at home. There was no need for any additional medication. His response "Oh if I issue you an MC, I have to prescribe you medicine as well" Absolute nonsense. After he was done with his consultation, he had the gaul to ask irrelevant questions. He asked if I was married (clearly seeing my husband was standing at the side) before asking if we had children. After which, he pretended to scribble on my medical record card as if what he was asking was relevant to my visit. Totally classless and unprofessional! I told the receptionist that I didn't need the medicine again to reiterate my point as I have my own. She said "even if I didn't want the painkillers, the charge would still be $60". In the end it didn't matter, as there is no way to check as their receipts do not show the monetary breakdown of the consultation fees and medication dispensed. What kind of rip off is this? I used to wonder why this clinic was always empty. Not anymore. Avoid at all costs, especially if its life or death.
