β β β β β Instead of cutting hair, they focus on hard selling "packages" ranging from shampoo, scalp treatments, 10-session packages etc each costing several hundreds to thousands of dollars.. They will hold you up and prevent you from leaving the premise until you buy one of their products.

Guy who cut my hair was ok but charged me higher.
Mentioned that cutting hair is $6 and a change of hairstyle is $15.
Woman with long hair. they had simply cut my hair shorter and I had to pay $15. If going for haircut and my hair is still long why bother going. ?? the rude lady slipped her tongue and said she didn't think my hairstyle had changed. At that time I didn't think much but I should've said why do I have to pay $15 then? I had my hair cut, not a change of hairstyle.
Wait till husband uses finish his member card. Won't ever enter here again.

β β β β β My first time to try coming here. The hairdresser named Bryan was nice and he did my hair as I have instructed him. He's patient and very accommodating on my requests. I will come here again as very convenient to my workplace, work, and very good value for money :-)

β β β β β My hubby didnβt even get a haircut. We went in, had a seat, waited for more than 10 mins and all the staff never bothered to even come near him and let us know when weβd get actual service. What a disgrace - seemed like they were racist

β β β β β Just had one of the worst haircut in my lifeβ¦ Told the lady to just cut SLIGHTLY shorter for my fringe (with length roughly around the eyebrow), she proceeds to cut really short and now my fringe (in length) is around the mid of my forehead!?
Thatβs not the worst, she argues back and said βI asked you if you want to cut till around the eyebrow and you said yesβ, hmmβ¦ excuse me but how is middle of the forehead the same as eyebrow area?!
Never coming back for sure.
