Taka Jewellery Pte Ltd - Bugis Junction

I went on 23th Oct on Sat. Timing ard 4plus . Serve by a sales gal but not sure her name . Initially want to buy a gold bracelet however her attitude serve like look down to us and bad attitude. Still roll eye to me and my friend. This is a awfully experience with taka jewellery. Thereafter I went to SK jewellery to buy it. They service is super nice and good no matter you going to buy it or not. Not recommend this shop. Please don't go .

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!! I went to your shop this noon around 7pm (27 Dec), I was first attended by your staff her name is Aggie Wong I was so surprised that she's not friendly at all. firstly, she doesn't even greet me and my wife, and normally, the staff will ask on "Hi Welcome, how they can help or assist" but her body language is very lazy to serve customer. then when I ask how can she help me about my ring(I bought few years ago from taka orchard branch) as one of the diamond fell off and I wanted to get it repair but then I didn't bring the official receipt as I've mentioned I bought it few years ago. She immediately respond that she can't do anything without it. She then proceed at the main counter while checking if I have membership along with your Senior Staff her name is "Mei Ling" I felt ease that there's a supervisor on duty and might help me on my situation but to my dismay, she also said the same thing and with even more rude behaviour than the other one, how can she lead a team? no wonder her colleagues have the same rude attitude, probably because of the supervisor is super weak in customer service. "I believe in monkey see, monkey do" and this is the best example. Now I'm thinking, is this the taka standard of after sales service? or is it just the Bugis outlet? I felt very hopeless in my situation. they ask me if I have a membership but then being a member is optional so I don't think registered way back when I purchase my ring. In the end, My wife and I left the store with a huge disappointment in your service and didn't even get a quotation. I demand that the higher management take a look on this matter. some thing is not right in your team at Bugis branch. such a disgusting customer service. I want to suggest that if your team at that branch is acting like thats their own business, I think it's best to consider for a reshufflement. Regards, Matthew
