β β β β β sent my phone for repair and was told that will be done the next day noon. went on evening the next day but closed when the time is stated open from 930am to 930pm . the following day went at noon and the shop is still closed .. called the no. and no one picked up :/ pls state the proper opening and closing time.. thx ://

β β β β β Messaged shop owner regarding an iPhone I wanted to sell. The seller quoted me a price, we agreed for me to drop by the store in AMK that day. An hour after the agreement was made, I drove from Tampines to AMK only to find the store closed. I tried to call the store owner, but he did not pick up my call. He texted an hour later only to say that he had no money to buy more phones so he was closed for the day. He said he would get back to me on the iPhone, claiming to be sincere and would contact me to pick up the phone at my place the next day because he was sorry for wasting my time. He has not contacted me since. What great work ethics and service recovery. Boo!

β β β β β Bought a samsung super fast charger 25w for $39, the box was so shady and after trying out on my phone it didn't even super charge at all. Don't buy any charger from them, i just bought directly from Samsung and its super fast charged . Even tho the charger was identical, the build quality was noticeable.Very disappointed at them for selling false claimed samsung charger.
