However since joining his classes, the interactive way in which he teaches us allowed me to have many chances to apply what he has taught us in his classes. He would always ensure that we were following his lessons and adjust his pace accordingly so that we do not fall behind. Even during the Circuit Breaker period, his lessons were just as effective and over time I understood the key to writing proper Economics essays. From an E grade in JC1 Promos, I clinched an A in the 2020 A Levels under his tutelage.

Mr Quek’s economics textbook and model essay books were also instrumental to my learning. Their clear yet rigorous frameworks and explanations helped me build a strong foundation in micro and macro economics topics, which greatly facilitated my revision.
