I came here due to an issue I had on my right leg. Booked a Sports Rehab and Session with Maz. Obviously, he is extremely knowledgeable and has lots of expertise in this field. He will also give some tips and exercises to strengthen any particular muscles to further improve mobility. After the first session, I was hooked and decided to sign up for a package. So, if anyone of you has any issues with mobility or tight muscles, I would highly recommend to come to EduFit Asia.

Jeremy and Maz are excellent and knowledgeable instructors. Their teachings are very concise and detailed. They are very patient to explain the demos too. Would definitely recommend this course to others who wants to learn a new skill or for an added value to their profession. Keep it up guys!

Entering the sports massage course with no background knowledge, I was very anxious that I will be lost in all the jargon. But Maz and Jeremy are terrific teachers who are experienced and cultured experts in this field. They made it easy for individuals like me to understand the concepts of basic sports massage. Raizen was a great help as well! Can’t wait to put all I have learnt in this course for my clients in the future!

Jeremy is an excellent teacher on Kinesiology Taping. He was clear in his presentation and was able to help us understand the subject using simple terms. I would definitely attend more courses conducted by Edufit Asia in future.

Maz and Jeremy are passionate and knowledgeable in what they are doing. You can ask them anything about anatomy and they can answer like a walking anatomy app. I didn’t expect to learn so much from the SMT course. Highly recommended to all fitness coaches. Highly recommended for PE teachers and every individual who loves sports. Seniors too, like myself, who want to know more about muscle rehabilitation through massage therapy and soft tissue release/ joint mobilisation techniques. As the course creates awareness on the application of the knowledge in anatomy & physiology. Truly an enhancement for me even though taking it as a senior citizen. I understand better the need to have proper maintenance through muscle tissues and joint mobilisation exercises via Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Release and Joint Mobilisation works. I wish EduFit Asia was created when I was a PE teacher in my younger days. Mazlin and Jeremy (of course Raizen too) are excellent instructors who have managed to pace the teaching to cater to everyone's needs. I attended the Sports Massage Therapy course by EduFit Asia in the May/June 2002 batch. The professional atmosphere created positive climate and experience working with new people who I do not know. By the end of the course, we appreciate each other better. Again it is highly recommended as one of the "must have" skills and knowledge for sportsmen and sportswomen. You will appreciate your body much better and how to maintain the muscles/joints that will not be abused due to our lack of knowledge in maintenance via sports massage therapy. LOVE IT!
