I am not a religious person. Thus when I wanted to learn meditation, I was rather apprehensive about how it would be taught. However, I decided on Soul Center after searching extensively online, as it seems to be reliable and reputable. True enough, Soul Center did not disappoint me. The lessons were fun, engaging and captivating. My teacher Vikas, made every lesson (and in fact every moment) inspirational. I was never bored. What's most important was that Vikas did not impose any of his values on us, and had never judged us in any way. He let us learn and experience his teaching and lessons in our own way and was always there to answer our most difficult questions about life. There were so many 'ah-ha' moments in his lessons and the wisdom he taught became my reminders or even anchors in my life now. And as for Vikas, he is huge! And that means he has a BIG heart too - he's full of compassion for his students and his BIG smile will comfort you in the most amazing way! :-) Being inspired by Vikas, I have gone on to be certified as a Meditation Teacher with Soul Center. However, I felt that I have still so much to learn from Vikas, as I journey on this life of wisdom with the center. I must say meditation has been misunderstood by many.
