Finally met Sherly for the first time after reading so many good reviews of her. Just hired a filipino maid from Eelit. Joining us end of the month and hand picked by Sherly. Went thru the video interview together with Sherly and was so amazed with the way she interviewed the maid. I have very good faith and confident after how she helped me select the maid.

This agent was most unhelpful when the maid hired through eelit turned out to be a bad choice. We were suddenly confronted with a slew of additional charges for a replacement and conveniently not a single replacement helper was available in Singapore (only more expensive overseas hires). The agent mostly couldn't even be bothered to reply to our messages. Overall we had a very poor experience. Stay away.

Gotten my 1st maid from eelit but will be returning home to get married after working for me for almost 4 years. Went back to find the agent - sherly to get a new maid. She still possesses the same friendly personality and her service is still as wonderful and superb! Highly recommended!

This agency is by far the best one than the few other agencies i have engaged previously. The 1st maid i got from Eelit works for about 1 year. Got a replacement and the maid completed her 2 years of service. Whenever we hit problem with the maid, the agent will help us to solve also. Now with the 3rd maid from Eelit, so far so good after 2 months with us.

Read many good reviews of this agency, so decided to hire a maid from them. I was served by Sherly. She is very patient and provides very good feedback and advise on the maid chosen. In fact I chose a Filipino transfer maid but was advised not to by Sherly as she felt the maid wasn't a good fit to my household requirements. If it were my previous agency, they would surely push the transfer maid to me even not suitable cause I understand they have limited timeframe to find an employer for transfer maids. But Sherly made sure she was a good fit, by defining several scenarios to the maid in order to make sure the maid knows what to expect. In the end I chose a Filipino maid who was shortlisted and recommended by Sherly. The maid joined us 2 weeks ago and I was told by my maid how she was trained by Eelit Placement when she arrived in Singapore. I am impressed. To the management of Eelit, you have a gem in your company. I will definitely recommend all my relatives and friends to Sherly. God bless!

Recommended by a friend to get my maid from Eelit. Provided my requirements and they did a very close matching for me. Staff was very sincere and patient, not pushy and even helped me interview the maid to make sure she can handle my requests. The maid already worked with us for 3 months and i can only say she is a blessing to us.

Candidate identification was closed to what we wanted based on our last wonderful helper Paulina who worked with us for several years before returning home to settle down. Since then. we had 3 unsuccessful helpers from the previous agent (2 got sent back after 9 months respectively & the most recent “maid from hell” close to 2 years), Maria came reminding us so much of Paulina.
