★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This maid agency gave me the worst problem an employer can imagine. Introducing me a helper that borrows from unlicensed moneylender and constantly asked for pay advance. Having the loan shark call my home is not sufficient. When brought her to the police station, she is still lying. I believe this helper had a previous same record with the ex employer but was not disclosed to me. Engage them at your own risk!!

She is fully highly recommended for her good service support work which never failed once whenever i have problem in maid contract or renewing. Overall we are pleased with the service from Assured especially the diligent and help from Shenny. The helper we employed from Assured had been with us for almost 4 years and we are blessed that she wants to re-contract with us again. She listened to our needs carefully and patiently explain questions we raised. At the same time, she’s effective and efficient on preparing documents as well as addressing things that I should pay attention to. We found a good helper from Philippine in 2020 and just renewed the contract. She can also speak mandarin which is quite helpful for my case. I’d recommend her for the quality service.
