The product arrived earlier and in good condition , The issue with the product is that the handle becomes very hot during use so it is quite dangerous if you accidentally touch it. The colour is also not desirable. This is not the problem with the company but I hope more information on the product could be provided in the website. Anyway thank you for the good service and fast delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Dremel 3000 multi tool from Eezee.sg. Opted for the express delivery stated 2-3 days, but i received it on the day itself was so happy ! Unlike any other traditional hardware store , Jeremy was very patience with me. Not knowing about the product well, he tried his best to explain about the product so i do not buy the wrong thing, even sending me youtube video link to show me how the product are use for and how it should be use. Thank you so much, i am happy with the product. Will come back again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt cheated. Ordered nine pairs of safety shoes, added to basket and paid. Later received email saying some of the sizes are out of stock, pre order will take months and no confirm date. What is this! No stock still can make us add to cart and pay. Received some of the shoes but the sizes are bigger then usual size by one up and they dont even has a size chart on their website. Asked for size change and they say they cannot do that as that was the size we ordered. Hey come on, your shoes are too big compare to the standard size. After some bargain we can change but must bear the delivery cost of $20. Never never will buy from them again.
