โ โ โ โ โ The food we ordered tasted so-so, but the service is not bad. Staffs are attentive and willing to respond quickly. The young man is quite diligent in his work. It is so common to experience F&B staffs ignoring/pretending not to see you asking for help sadly..
My suggestion is to improve on the food and remember to reward your staffs. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Food here is nothing to shout about. Pasta was slightly watery and over cooked. Chicken was standard and pretty tender. Order at the counter and pay before dining.

โ โ โ โ โ I always patronise eighteen chefs for their baked rice and their carbonara with sous vide egg. Brought someone whoโs never been here, he ordered salmon and it came with 4 onion rings. The fish tasted good but 4 onion rings just seems sad, no? Haha
29 Jan 2021 update: came back here for dinner and tried their black pepper baked rice with a sous vide egg!

โ โ โ โ โ The restaurant is conveniently located at AMK Hub and a short walking distance from the MRT. Food and staff services are decent but not fantastic. The better dish is likely the Salted Egg York Pasta with Prawns which has a good mix of salted egg york sauce. Prawns are okay though. Dishes are served fairly quickly.

โ โ โ โ โ The food served is below average at most, staff is attentive but it doesn't make up for the lack of taste or overwhelming taste in certain foods. Ordered a crispy chicken pasta from their special promotion menu and the chicken tasted better than the pasta itself. Would not recommend

โ โ โ โ โ This outlet of Eighteen Chefs is located next to a Korean barbecue place. Do be aware that the smell of barbecued food may get onto your clothes while you're dining in.
The service is decent and the staff were friendly. I had a ribeye steak which was cooked nicely. However the fusilli and cheese side dish could really so with a lot more salt or seasoning.
