El Arte design definitely delivers way beyond expectations. Marc was extremely patient and detailed in every part of the renovation process. As a first time owner, one might only be focused on the colors and layouts of the house. However, Marc was able to advise a lot apart from that, from the selection of the tiles(different texture for different part of the house), colors, materials used, and practicality of layouts. Switches locations, carpentry practicality were also part of the well thought process by Marc. He has a timeline as well for owners to prepare the arrival of appliances and furnitures so as to ease ones load when deciding and planning the arrival of stuffs. The workmanship of El Arte Design are also commendable and definitely is no cause of worry or frustration. Prices and quotations of the entire renovation were always promptly communicated. No hidden charges that puts anyone off. All in all, renovation of a house is very important for any owners, as it is not just a one time renovation, but also the after. It was really pleasant to work with Marc for the renovation of our resale HDB flat. Since I designed the place myself, I was only looking for a main contractor for the project. After meeting several contractors and IDs, we decided to work with Marc and El Arte. Their quote is very competitive, even though it might not be the lowest if comparing to just pure contractors but as Marc also provided a lot of helpful technical advice, has a pretty good taste and great project management, I truly think it was well worth it. He went out of his way to make sure everything works the way it's supposed to and our expectations are met.
