Their customer service representative who’s manning the whatsapp messages are super responsive and answer my every question . Even provided me with links and recommendations to what i was looking for . Ordered a monitor and delivery was done the day itself , and they’ll check up on you to see if everything is in order and working fine . Days after getting the screen , they even messaged me to check if everything is working and if everything is up to expectation . I’ve never seen customer service of this level and i would really recommend anyone who wishes to purchase anything electronic from them . Bought a refurbished monitor to use as second monitor. They offered same day delivery and my monitor came within 3 to 4 hours. Monitor came with some residue that had to be cleaned off but other than that, screen has no dead pixels or scratches. Definitely worth the purchase and saved some money buying second hand refurbished.

Good Customer Service. I was urgent in need of a monitor for my office and after I've placed my order at their website, I immediately called them up for assistance, hoping to get the monitor early. The customer service was very responsive and expedited my request to pick up the monitor within a few hours. The staff at the collection point was also very friendly and helped test the monitor to ensure all was good before I leave the place. The monitor that I got was in good condition and there are no dead pixels.

The customers care and the sales rep are so helpful with my request.
