★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Single Size Sigmund Home Hybrid Mattress on 28 November 2020 during their Black Friday Sale, for SGD $499, they did not manage to deliver on 29 November, Whatsapp'd me to tell me that they had no stock available but would replenish on Monday, 30 November and I agreed to postpone my delivery to 5 December.
I was Whatsapp'd again today that they actually won't have any stock available for both Single and Super-Single size mattresses until April 2021!
It was extremely inconvenient and frustrating having conflicting information even though I had offered to delay my delivery so the stock would be available.
Their customer service also needs work, I waited for a response on their website for so long but heard nothing back about my questions nor did they message me to clarify on them despite asking multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address (Google shows Jln Pemimpin whereas Fb shows Serangoon) is not updated and it’s really frustrating after went to 2 wrong places. WhatsApp the number provided and gave us another new address, told us the showroom is available but it was not even ready. Fed up to the maximum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small showroom. They have only one mattress for viewing (queen size). Not recommended to come down if you are living quite far away. The mattress isn’t as good as online. When another person sits on one side, you seem to feel it if you are on the other end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 1x king online, used at least 4 months now, mattress is much more comfortable than past cheaper alternatives (wife has less complaints about back aches). Not 5 stars because the center of the mattress is firmer than the sides, making it feel uneven when lying closer to the edges.

We give you 200 nights to trial the mattress but we really dont like the mattress and requested for return on 2nd day of trial but they require to take picture of the mattress front and back (heavy mattress require 2 persons to carry turn to back just to take photo). As per customer services, refund & collection will arrange 30 days from the day of request. It has been 2 weeks still no update and during these 2 weeks we need to keep the mattress in good condition. How we gonna to buy new mattress? just bear to this mattress till they collect it. i doubt they just wait till we give up not to return it. to advise go down to shop try then buy it.

Mentioned on the website that we can return within 120 days if we r unsatisfied with the product.
When the driver comes to collect the mattress, they nit picked and find faults and in the end did not want to take the product back. Fyi we took good care of the mattress since day 1 and used extra protector on it.
If any of u looking at the 120 return policy, don't bother cause this is some tactics they will use to not take the product back.
