I have been training consistently under Hayley for sometime now. While I am not exactly new to strength training, there are times where you develop bad habits and overtime these could lead to injuries. However, after training with Hayley, she corrected all my mistakes and drilled in the correct form and techniques. As she is a competitive powerlifter herself, she is able to program exercises to correct your weaknesses and meet your goals. Furthermore she is also extremely patient and motivating during PT sessions. Apart from training, she also checks in on your diet, gives you advise on your nutrition and also monitors your recovery after each training session. As a result from training under her guidance, i am able to gain strength and stay injury free. With each training session, i am feeling more motivated to train and achieve my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone who wants to gain strength, lose weight or achieve sports specific goals.

Have been training at this gym since 2017, so much knowledge have been exchanged between people here and members are welcoming to new members! Really enjoy training with such supportive environment and that helps to feel less dreading during training. Loads of fun even though the gym look like its for heavy lifting but its not, they have equipments + great coaches for new lifters or people looking to keep fit! Highly recommended

Elevate is a fantastic place to train. This no-frills gym has all the essentials for powerlifting/strength training and an environment of supportive individuals that you won’t be able to find at a commercial gym. Their coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and informed; I highly recommend coach Hayley if you are looking to elevate your strength journey!

Service: Extremely friendly staffs that will be there to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Beginner friendly and will help to keep a look out for you. Environment: It is easier to stay committed to training when everyone at the gym are so passionate about it. The people definitely makes training more enjoyable and tolerable at times. Value: This gym is a gem in terms of value. The equipments at the gym are of the highest quality and standard. With calibrated plates and stiff bars that are rare to come by in Singapore gyms. Definitely a steal!

Trainer Wei Bin was awesome and gave detailed feedback to improve my form. Was pleasant to train with and gave me more confidence to lift barbell!

Although I am not new to heavy weightlifting, Coach Wei Bin has helped to fine tune my lifting techniques which empowered me to lift correctly, easily and heavily! Def a place for big lifting goals!

As someone who didn’t have any previous knowledge or experience with training with weight, I decided to take up the Basic Strength Course and trained with coach Wei Bin. I would say this is one of the best decisions I made this year as the course is really comprehensive and well structured for beginner like me and I definitely learned a lot through this program!

I trained with coach Haley last year. I was a newbie to the lifting world and joined the basic lifting course at Elevate, it was life changing to say the least (before the circuit breakers ruined my progress and life). I didn't interact with other coaches at the club so my review is really about Coach Haley. She is kind and patient, absolutely non-judgemental and very very encouraging. She is very mature for her age I am not kidding when I say that she is the best trainer for you if you have never lifted weights! By the end of my 5 class beginners course I was able to deadlift 50 kgs, I truly amazed myself. I ended up taking on personal training with coach Haley and it really helped increase my strength and skill. It made me feel more confident and I can't wait to go back to train with her again.
