β β β β β The owner of this motorcycle shop is also the abusive owner of 'Rusty' the dog (which had made its rounds online). Rusty was chained up at the owner's bungalow along Beng Wan Road (unit number redacted, but you can figure out with Google Street View; a hint is a number less than 10.) at the same spot since 2015, and caused a really big online furore amongst Singaporeans.
Currently as of 31 October 2018, Rusty is reported as 'stolen' by the owner and is missing.
