Best Bicycle Shop in Singapore

I have been to many other bicycle stores in town but nothing beats the customer service here. The person that was assisting us is knowledgable and personable. He took the time to help me. I felt bad that we stayed past closing time, but he was nice about it. He recommended some bikes for me and adjusted the bike that I picked out so it would fit my frame and it's stylish for my liking too! He had me give it a ride to test it out.

(Only Roadie) The staff at the shop offered to mend the 3 holes on the inner tubes even though he was closing the shop. He knows that I will be stranded there at that time of the day when most shops are closed. That’s Professionalism and taking pride in his job to the max. Really appreciate the good service. Thank you ???

Their prices are reasonable and it’s great to know that they’re the official distributors of Enve and CK products. Servicing was done in 3 days and after not servicing my hubs for 2 years, my CK Ceramic hubs have not felt and sounded better. I’m really happy with the service provided at Elite Custom and I’ll definitely be returning to get more Enve and CK products from them :)

Just bought a new ISM Adamo saddle (can’t recommend those saddles highly enough) and @EliteCustom were again super responsive and helpful - from order to at my door step in only a couple of days. Keep on being a great bike shops guys and thank you.

You better think twice before you click on the purchase button because once it is clicked, it is a irreversible process. Although i was a repeated customer of the company, they only wanted to offer a refund less 12% of the total amount in order to cover their credit card charges. Well, I didn’t know that credit card companies charge such a exorbitant fee. But anyway, if they felt they had to earn that bit of cancellation fee then so be it.

Had it replaced with a Chris King T47 30x by the team at Elite Cycles. I have to say it was one of the best 'retail' experiences I've had in Singapore. We organised the whole thing through messages on Instagram. Drop off and Pick up were a breeze. There were a stack of details they did to help isolate all the other places noises could come from as a value add as well. Decent pricing and an easy location on Thomson Road across from Thomson Medical. I've found my bike shop in SG!

Definitely recommend this shop if you are interested in getting any Enve components. Their online store is great as well, I can understand the cancellation policy as there will be charges by the platform even when a cancellation/refund is done, so it's only fair. Delivery is also super quick.
