Great selection of bikes! Recommended! I’ve bought not one, not two, not three bikes, but my forth bike from this shop already! One for each family member! Woohoo!!! Note: Tannery Lane is for servicing and mods, while 1 Sultan Gate is the main showroom.

Bike shop owner was very helpful in providing us options, taking into account our considerations and specs for the bikes for our whole family. We spent a long time choosing and testing the bikes but the staff were all very patient and gave us many tips to look out for the right ones for each of us. Included delivery for our bikes, looking forward to it!

Echoing a review below by fellow buyer Edwin Chong's that the post-purchase experience with Bike Republic had been nothing but unpleasant. We went on Monday to avoid weekend crowd. We also drove down so that we could purchase, tune, test and self-collect all on the same day. But the boss said they were short of mechanics that day and offered to tune and have our newly-purchased 3Sixty delivered to our house. We accepted the arrangement based on trust, as we had read other reviews that the shop is highly experienced and earnest. Turns out, the bike was delivered with gears that kept running out of place and clacking the moment we did a test-ride at our house. Had to make additional trips to send it back for repair and then to collect it. The boss even wanted to charge us for the repair, when the bike did not work properly at point of delivery to begin with! Please always insist to have the bike tuned and collected at point of purchase. We regret selecting this shop based on its online reviews. Bike Republic asked us to leave them a google review at the point of purchase in exchange for a free bell and waterbottle rack, the latter which was out of stock at our point of purchase. I hope this review provides a more balanced perspective, as the post-purchase experience matters as much as, if not much more than any friendly pre-purchase service.

1 star for the quality of the bicycle and for the after sales services. Everything is fine when you try out the bicycle at the shop, after you have purchase they will tell you that the bicycle park at the side is tested and tuned by the "mechanic". By the mutual trust and I asked for the delivery to home and when we received the bicycle and ride, the problems occur with the some kind of sound from behind or middle (from no where) when paddle. When we take back the bicycle to the shop, they say will fix the problems. After 1 day, they call and ask to pick up the bicycle and the next day when I come to pick up and test the bicycle, the problems still remain unchanged? and I have to wait another 1 hour for them re-fix the problems. I asked the mechanic what is the problems so in future if the problem occur we will know what to fix, and the answer from the guy is "gear problem lo" ? I would have known if it is only is the gear problem OK bro... waiting for 1 day + 1 hour and this is how you guys fudge me. And the staff over there, really excellent job when it come to after sales service.... The story is too long for me to write man. 1 word describe the whole experience - UNPLEASANT See photo where are the parts fixed by them, so is this gear problems??? Sincerely is my FIRST and it will be the LAST time.

Nice services Moses and his colleagues. They are very knowledgeable and patient. All their bikes are of good quality. We have a pleasant of choosing, testing and lastly buying the 2 bikes experience from here.

Went to buy basic mountain bike model. Super friendly staff and accommodating customers very well like no other store i visited. Uncle explained to me what are the available models and pros and cons. Ah boy also friendly and helpful. Got some freebees too. Super cheap price and variety of bikes available. Majority of stocks is foldable bikes. Thumbs up for the customer service. My bike ready in 1hr to self collect.
