Engaged Elite Movers 3 days ago for my local move. The team arrived at 9am sharp as per appointment and were super fast and efficient in moving out the boxes and furniture within 75 mins. Great teamwork displayed and everyone performed well in their roles. Items were delivered to location and job completed at 1130am to my full satisfaction. Highly recommended. To add: Email response to my enquiry email was within 2 hours and the surveyor took just 15 mins to assess the items and provided a quotation on the spot.

I had used elite movers for my move. Like what some other comments have mentioned, it is not so elite at all. I should have read though the comments before going ahead with them, and I hope all of you reading this will think twice and share this with your friends and family. Here is my experience with the move. Brian, the owner, was the one handling the move. During the move he had scratched my newly renovated walls. Which I told him to leave it as I still had contractors at my place who will have the right tools to mend it. He insisted on doing things his own way even though it’s not his house, went and covers the crack messily and on a colour that did not match. And he asked me paint to cover it. That was not the end of it. My master bedroom’s bathroom was still not fully fixed, yet he went and washed his tools in the toilet without asking me first which I feel was extremely rude and lacked manners. As the toilet was not fixed, he created a mess and water was spilled everywhere and all over my furniture. Not apologetic at all, he insisted he was helping when the fault was his right from the beginning. Extremely rudely and arrogant, he started shouting at me even louder and angrier. He even started to threaten me saying, (in his exact words) “SINCE YOU HAVE SO MUCH MONEY, I PAY YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND I MOVE EVERYTHING BACK TO YOUR OLD PLACE. YOU GO AND FIND ANOTHER MOVER” This has been an insane experience, never in my life have I ever met someone so rude, arrogant and self righteous, let alone someone who calls himself a boss. NEVER EVER TRUST THE OWNER AND THIS COMPANY. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Was very pleased with Elite Movers for my recent move over 2 days. Thanks to Casper for communicating and coordinating the move well. Thanks to Lee who came to drop off all the cartons. Thanks to Woon and the moving team for being punctual, fast, professional and helpful.

Poor experience. Some examples: - I have expensive office chairs with wheels. One mover was rolling both my office chairs across the tarmac of a public road. Severely damaging the 100 USD set of wheels on each chair. I told him, "hey uncle please stop doing that, we have to lift it". He replied in mandarin, "got wheels why can't i roll it?" And after a lot of insistence and him refusing to change tack, his supervisor came over and carried the chairs instead. - my fridge was dented in the move. They did not secure it properly inside the truck and it tipped and hit another object. The LED screen on the fridge had it's corner cracked off - my microwave was severely scratched, huge paint patch chipped off. they did not wrap it with the cling wrap (there's no way i could monitor every single object being moved). I did not pursue compensation - did not think it was worth my time. But just provided negative feedback to the supervisor. I will not recommend elite movers to anyone. Buyer beware.

It is unfortunate that I have to post this review as the crew and salesperson who handle my move is professional and responsive. They did a pack and move in 6 hours. Why I am giving a two star is because of the rude, arrogant and obnoxious owner called Brian. When his staff broke my TV’s back during wall mounting, they offered a compensation of only $50. When I wanted to negotiate more from Brian, he was rude and tried to intimidate him when talking to me. He blamed my TV’s condition of the screw being too tight for the reason of his staff spoiling my TV. Finally we managed to negotiate a higher amount from him. It is appalling in this day and age that you see a business owner handling his business in this way (denying all responsibility when his staff spoils your staff). Again this review is not against the staff who did my move but the arrogant and obnoxious owner.

Earlier this year having plans to move house. Came to know Darius and Zhi Qiang from Elite movers. Having to speak to Darius on my requirements , he refer me to Zhi Qiang to discuss on the details and arrangements. Both of them were very responsive on my enquiry before the actual move. I'm so glad that I had engage them as my movers as they were able to help me on some last minute arrangements. Really thankful to get it done and solve within a short period of time. If you are looking for movers, don't hesitate to engage Elite movers , I'm sure they won't disappoint you. Good price, good service, good company. Quoted from them: most important you happy we happy. Very swift movers! Slight miscommunication before moving day, but all movers were professional during the move day iteself. Moved all my belongings to my new house very efficiently. Even kept me updated about any problems they faced and gave alternatives on how certain items can be reassembled at the new place. Reliable!

Quality service, the moving team did everything efficiently and it was a painless experience with them moving my things from condo to condo. furthermore, they even helped in solving some issues about fitting our shelves into the storeroom, and moving our digital piano up a small space. would recommend their services to anyone looking for quality movers.
