What I like the most from him is how he tailors his lesson according to one child's need to bring the best of him out. Thanks so much for everything! My son really enjoys his piano lesson.

Was given a lot of opportunities to perform and learn with others through the various performance classes and live performances. Learning with them allowed me to better appreciate the music I played, from the techniques to bring out the piece to its best and from learning the background of the piece to better express the piece in its full glory. They put so much care into their work and connecting with their students.

Since my daughter has started lessons with him in the past five months, I can see that she is making improvements, both musically and technically in playing the piano. His choral music background is helpful as she is learning solfege which improved her pitching as she has to work on her violin intonation . He has provided useful advices for her aural and sight-reading as well.

I have a niche interest in music composition even though i had zero music knowledge. I am especially grateful to Ms Midorie who nurtured my love for music and guided me ever since I was 8. Throughout the years, I am privileged to experience her heart for music that always shined through her teaching. One of the most memorable things will definitely be how detailed and musical she is that cultivated my appreciation for music. Till today, part of my aspiration to become a piano teacher is because of the impact she made on me.
