★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived at #09-01 in TOWER B for about two years and a half, from January? 1984? to August 1986.
Maisonette first floor part of the living room was very wide to open the party of dozens every month (next door's rich family, not us). First floor had a wide living room, a laundry room and a small veranda.
The mezzanine floor had a guest room, a dining room, and a kitchen.
Second floor had three rooms, one main bedroom with bathroom, one kids bedroom and room with bath for maids.
I'm Japanese and my family (too accustomed to narrow house) accepted as one main bedroom and two kid bedrooms.
Easy for shopping, breakfast, going buisiness, dinner, etc.
Pool was small, but it had shallow location so worry children could play.
I thank neighbors and guards for having short but wonderful life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard is a little rude and impatient. Sharing from my experience this evening as a visitor. The condo is a little old but looks spacious. Located near Paragon and Mount Elizabeth hospital.
