โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst condos and terrible value for money Iโve seen. The pool is filthy.
The pool is constantly dirty and the apartments are not only tiny, but the build quality is terrible. Constant problems, leaking water.
Mosquitoes are everywhere as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent modern condominium. Excellent Facilities gym, massive 50m pool and tennis court. Location is prime just a few minutes walk to Paragon or 313 Somerset. It's rare to have such large grounded and full facilities condominium in this area.
