My partner and I had a great vision of our dream home when we purchased a 40 year-old mint condition resale HDB but was completely overwhelmed and clueless when we first embarked on our renovation project. We met Carvin and Ashok for an initial discussion and felt comfortable as they were upfront on what is achievable within our budget, enable us to prioritise our needs and wants as well as provided viable alternatives in order to achieve our desired outcome. We had a tight timeline, considering the extensiveness of the renovation works. Carvin and Ashok were very proactive in making sure we have everything ready to complete the works in time. We were able to select all our materials before start of our renovation and they accompanied us in every step to make sure we make the best decision possible. After the renovation started, Ashok provided us regular updates (almost every other day!) on our renovation progress and we felt very assured that our house is in good hands. The team's professionalism and expertise really shows through their impeccable project management skills and eye for detail when inspecting the works of each sub-contractor. Our renovation was completed right on schedule. We are blown away by the outcome, each of the works are beautifully executed and exceeded our expectations in every way. The after-service was great as well. We discovered some problems due to the infrastructure of the flat and Ashok arranged to have them fixed very quickly. Overall, we are very thankful for the Elysian Design team for realising our dream home and making this renovation journey a personally enjoyable one for both of us. We highly recommend them for their great service, quality workmanship and professionalism.
