We got to know of PHD Posh Home Design while browsing through Facebook. What really caught our attention was the many positive reviews left by other customers on their page. We dropped them a email with our design brief and was contacted by Johnny not long after. An appointment was set up a day after and we were pleasantly surprised to see that Johnny had done up a proposal with a cost estimate for the entire project, just in one day. We explained our vision for the house and Johnny was very professional in offering sound advices to improve our design brief without being intrusive. Like all other homeowners, we had a limited budget but wanted to accomplish way more. Johnny was able to work within our budget without compromising on the design, functionality and quality of the house. Throughout the renovation process, Johnny was always prompt with his replies and never failed to keep us updated on the progress even though it was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We were prepared for hiccups during the project, which was to be expected for home renovations, but Johnny ensured these were promptly resolved without us getting heavily involved. He truly made the entire renovation process enjoyable. All in all, we were beyond satisfied with how our place turned out. Everything from pre-plan, renovation, to moving in was an incredible experience and we were glad Johnny was with us the whole way. We will definitely engage PHD and Johnny again for our next home renovation project, no doubt.

Of the many IDS we met , our family unanimously chose PHD Posh Home! The heart and effort Jayson and his Team put in even before we confirmed their service was excellent! Cost side was also a VALUE!!!! The renovation process was exactly what we have anticipated, excellent service and care to every detail. However renovation can never be 100%, but they were patience and willing to go the extra mile to rectify the issue that we brought up. The DESIGN we love it!!! Thanks to Jayson and his team ! We needed a small renovation to build up an additional room in our 5-room flat and ask from a friend for contact. Jayson came despite it was a small project and gave very helpful ideas and suggestions in order to meet our expected timeline and there was no hard selling at all. During the 3 weeks of work, workers were punctual and maintain cleanliness and they follow our rules since it was not an entirely empty house. We get daily updates from the project manager and was given pictures on the work progress. Rectification work was done swiftly and promptly accordingly to our available time. Coupled with our efforts, the works are still looking as good as new!

Signed up with PHD Posh Home Design after meeting Johnny & Edmund. Able to communicate with them from the get go. Quotation was detailed and clear on what can be done and what would entail extra cost. Practical home renovation ideas were recommended, which was what I needed. Edmund is very patient and responsible. He responded to all my questions and demands almost immediately. Edmund also made sure to communicate with me on minor changes and gave me timely updates throughout the whole renovation process. Johnny was also very helpful and assisted in fixing and touching up of small details that were above and beyond his duties. More attention to small / fine details would go a long way. Our ID Johnny worked tirelessly throughout the renovation from the initial stage discussions until handover, to deliver us our beautiful home. Though plagued with the pandemic, he made every effort to allocate sufficient resources in order to stay within schedule. I engaged with Johnny in PHD. First impression - I love the speed in which Johnny can come back to me with a quotation. I got an answer in a short few days when other interior designers we looked for, would take up to 2 weeks just to give a quotation. We scheduled several other appts for designs concept / choosing of materials / options. Johnny has coordinated with us very well and smoothly with utmost attention to details. Giving us many ideas support and recommendations. It is very important that you have an ID who works with you, than against you, where I read on several reviews that certain IDs who are very resistance to what their clients want. Johnny simply "Add On" to what we need and make our dream home even better. Johnny is about the same age as me and my wife and perhaps for this reason, we could connect. With good vibes. The renovation was finished in 3 weeks! Johnny visited several times after completion just to make sure all things are up to our expectation from his own time. =))) I never regret any decisions to engage with Johnny. And I look forward to engage with Johnny for any of my relatives home or mine.

This is the second time I have engaged PHD Posh Home Design for my house’s renovation. This time was a smaller project but PHD maintains the same high level of standard. The assistant Johnny came down to do the measurement and discussion without much delays. The carpentry was done in less than 2 weeks time in order to cater to my schedule before my girl turns 1 year old. I have a last minute request of installing a CCTV at the corner of the full height ceiling and PHD acceded to my request without giving me any issue. Also, PHD gone extra miles to assist with the wall painting when there is a hiccup in the colour quote. Overall, I am very grateful that PHD has a very helpful and co-operative team to work with client and most importantly their after service is fantastic (to ensure that everything works well). I highly recommend PHD Posh Home Design to whoever looking for a responsible and quality assured contractor for renovation.
