My siblings & I were totally lost about the procedure. Luckily, Jeffrey was there to guide us since Day 1 of the wake & would always respond promptly to our queries on whatsapp group. He was particularly attentive to my bereaved mother and would always comfort her as and when he could. Thank you Embrace Funeral Services for making my grandfather funeral service such a smooth one. It’s our first time doing it and we are clueless on how to go about it. But thankfully Jeff was there to guide us through every single step from the time my grandfather passed on to placing the urn. Jeff also had 1-2 member to be present at the funeral every night to help up with us and making sure everything runs smoothly. Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jeffrey and the entire Embrace team for being there throughout the final journey of my late mother. They were very professional and came late in the night to start the entire process. The entire team is young professional. Despite them being young they are very well trained and respectful. The Buddhist ritual setup for the wake was so tranquil and nice with a modern feel. The embalming team did a great job making my mum looks so natural and at peace. Jeffrey and his team were there almost every night to make sure things ran smoothly. Jeffrey was very patience with all our questions and guiding us through the whole process. What impressed us most was the final sending off service. The music and ambience was so tranquil and orderly. It’s great to have Jeffrey helped read out the final words we wanted to say to our late mum. The entire process was very well planned with no rushing at all. We felt very at ease sending our mum off with their help as every little details were looked into. Thank you once again to Jeffrey and his team for their immense help during this very difficult time. My family and I are greatly appreciative for the help of Jeffrey and his team for the professional services rendered in the final journey of my mum. Jeffrey was patient in guiding us through the whole process, providing us with advice and recommendations for the wake on top of readily answering any doubts that we have. The pricings were clearly stated with no hidden costs and everything was written and kept safely in a file provided by them. The whole set-up and decoration of the wake looked very elegant and modern. Most of my friends and relatives who had attended my mum’s wake were very impressed and commended the good service provided by Embrace Funeral Services. The staff were very friendly, never failing to impress us with the little details such as misting the flowers sent by relatives and friends, sanitizing the tables, clearing the bins, daily cleaning of the toilet and making sure that the place is clean. We felt assured by their service and did not have to worry much about the procedures. On the last day of the wake, the staff were dressed neatly in suit and tie for the whole process and we were all very impressed by their professionalism. The whole process was very smooth. Before the cremation process, we were all provided with flowers to be placed on the coffin as our final well wishes for mum and this made the coffin very well decorated and pleasing to the eye. After the cremation, the staff even arranged our footwear, that was initially kept, neatly for us to wear. The team bowed before moving my mum from place to place, and even bowed when our bus left. These little details that they paid attention to really touched our hearts. Not to mention, the embalmer did an amazing job as my mum still looked very natural and pleasing on the last day. Overall, I was very impressed by the excellent service provided by Jeffrey and his team. They made me feel that my mum was respected till the very last moment and I am eternally grateful for the effort put in by the team for my mum’s funeral. Thank you Embrace Funeral Services.

Jeffrey and crew were very professional, friendly and supportive during my late grandmother's wake and funeral. A lot of attention to detail e.g the crew dressed in suit and tie for the funeral, bus driver would hold a box of drinks while family members were boarding the bus, the alignment of coffin and general presentation and even a photo collection for us to download after the funeral. It's the small details that count and mean a lot. Thanks guys for your service.

Our family is extremely thankful for Jeffrey and his team for the tremendous and professionalism help and support. Jeffrey was patient and is always readily available to help and answer any doubts that we have. The wake was set up so nice and the embalmer did a tremendous good job. Everyone who came to see our dad for the last time complimented how our dad looked so peaceful and natural. There will be a staff or 2 every night to check on us making sure we are ok. They will also assist us to clear the bins, sanitize the tables and arrange the chairs neatly before leaving. On the last day, Staff were neatly in suit and bowed before handling or moving our dad frm places to places. Gestures like this made us felt our dad was very well respected till the end. Jeffrey's team prepared different groups of small little bouquet flowers arrangements to be placed on our dad before cremation. Our mum got the biggest and prettiest bouquet ? to be placed; us as his children and grand-children also have a different flower bouquet from the rest of relatives and friends. Jeffrey and his team not only let us feel our dad was well taken care of, he and his team are also attentive to our family. Small little details makes a huge difference especially in a time like this. Thank you once again Embrace Funeral for embracing our family in this difficult time.
