Serenity provided top notch services and products that are above the market norm during the recent demise of our father. Elson and team are fantastic people to work with. Elson is super responsive, responsible, and understanding. He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that every details of the wake and funeral are taken care of so that we have time to grieve. The embalming is also professionally done and many of our relatives and friends commented that our dad looked so natural. The wake setup is beautiful and elegant. You can almost feel that they are in this business not just for the money but they really have a heart to serve others. They are also very transparent with their pricing which is very competitive. No hidden cost and they are upfront with what's included and what's not. Overall, it was a smooth and seamless process. I so glad that we engaged Serenity to provide a dignified send off for our dad.

Heartfelt thanks to Brian, Elston and the Serenity Team for helping to arrange such a graceful, elegant and respectful wake for papa. Brian and his team was very thoughtful and considerate from the onset, guiding us through the whole process of the wake during this difficult time of bereavement. At each step of the way, they took effort to take care of the details like the background for papa's portrait photo, water after the funeral etc that added a heartfelt touch to the whole journey. Another thing my family was very impressed with is the way that Brian and his team communicates. They were responsive and empathetic throughout the whole journey, assisting us in whatever we required. The guests at the wake were also very impressed by the service that Serenity provided. We write to thank Elson and his team for being so patient with us, caring for all the details of our recent bereavement for Mother. From the time the call was made to Serenity an hour after her passing to the scattering of the ashes at Garden of Peace, all matters were taken care of. It was very comforting to feel cared for. Their presentation was also simply amazing with so many compliments given to us by relatives and friends on how beautiful and peaceful the entire setup was. The memorial setup, the TV screen, even the lit tables and cross and the detailed way that even the visitor tables were arranged - Elson left nothing to chance and all details were addressed, even the tissue boxes and hand sanitizers.. Could not have asked for any other company to do this. Highly recommended.
