I can recommend Kish to anyone who wants a varied, individually tailored training programme. He is very reliable, punctual and creative - you can feel that fitness is his passion. He spontaneously finds variations if a suggested exercise does not suit you and is open to feedback. We always have fun training and often have sore muscles afterwards ;)

Training with Kish since a year and it has been an extremely rewarding journey. As someone who had nil to little experience with strength training before this, to have come to a point where we look forward to our sessions, can discuss exercises with ease, are aware of our form and the relevant targets for our individual selves is big milestone. It's also testament to Kishs involvement in the workouts and planning and his willingness to share information. Kish is detailed with a holistic and mind-body connection focus. So workouts with him have been rewarding both in the sense of an immediate impact as well as developing an awareness and connection with our body. Just as we feel we're beginng to ace it, he ups the challenge n keeps us engaged.

Kish has trained me for about 2 months and I really enjoy the class with him. Kish is patient, approachable and also knowledgeable on the subject of movement, health and fitness. He can always explain the exercise and articulate cues of movement clearly. I also appreciate the personalised nature of the program and intensity / pace is also adjusted as I progress along the way. In addition, I value the convenience of always being able to get training at my neighbourhood and Kish is able to bring a variety of equipment to make this happen. He also provides useful guidance on diet and nutrition. Over a short span of 2 months, I have improved body shape (as I diligently follow Kish’s nutrition guidance as well) and increased strength & gained knowledge in functional movements.

Kish has trained My son , husband and myself ? he helped us starting our fitness journey the right way! Learning to do it all correctly, making sure every movement is accurate and not just for the sake of helping . I would highly recommend Kish! Kish is a very patient and meticulous trainer who will spend time to understand your challenges and coming up with a tailored plan for each individual. Though I'm training together with my wife, we have our own exercise regime and the variety of trainings makes each training session interesting and enjoyable. Unlike other trainers, Kish focus on basic functional movements which improves our day to day.

I would highly recommend Kish as a personal trainer. He’s very knowledgeable, takes time to understand your requirements and tailors the sessions around that information. He monitors every detail of each movement and tracks progress week by week, focusing on a healthy routine and diet between sessions. He increases the intensity as stamina and strength improves. His methods yield results. He’s also very patient and genuinely interested in his clients welfare and progress.
