★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pool needs more chlorine. Birds bathe in and drink the pool water. BBQ area needs much work. A few upgrades and owners could charge more for rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place because we know people from there. The place is nice and quiet, it has playgrounds, swimming pools, benches. This area is very near to Tiong Bahru MRT station and it is very accessible to different kinds of malls and it is very near to different restaurants and market where a resident of this place can buy goods without traveling any further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condominium is situated at indus rd, near havelock rd and tiong bahru centre/ mrt. It is quiet , clean and convenient for residential purpose and shopping ,taking meals.

The worst thing is, having 2 bikes locked up at the bike shed, and stolen.
A planned insidejob, there are crooks either in the management or amongst the tenants there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is amazing. Condo is old. But the swimming pool area is pretty cool. The condo is really windy and open all sides. Therefore it’s quite bright too in the apartment.
